Last reviewed 2026-08-27. This page describes where YLAÜXI actually stores and processes data today — it documents the current architecture rather than promising a specific certification or region we have not implemented.
YLAÜXI runs as a shared, multi-tenant application: every account's data lives in one Postgres database, isolated by an internal account ID rather than by separate per-customer databases or schemas. There is currently one primary database with no geographically separate read replica. Connection details are supplied via server configuration rather than hardcoded, so the exact hosting provider and region are an infrastructure detail we can confirm on request rather than a fact published in this policy — we do not represent a specific country or region as contractually guaranteed at this time.
Uploaded media (images, documents, generated assets) is stored on local disk on the application server itself, not in a separate object-storage service. It is served back through the application under your account's own path, so access follows the same authentication as the rest of your account.
The following third parties may process account or customer data as part of delivering YLAÜXI's features. Each is used only for the purpose named — we do not sell or share data with them beyond what's needed to provide the corresponding feature.

You can export your account's data at any time from Settings, and request account deletion from the same place. On a deletion request:
